The flagship product, NORYL SA9000, is a modified bi-functional PPE oligomer designed for multilayer copper-clad laminates (CCLs) in 5G and high-speed AI server applications. It features high heat resistance, flame retardancy, and enhanced dielectric strength, supporting increased layer counts and offering flexibility in CCL production processes.
