The South African National Energy Development Institute (SANEDI) hosted a tour for the Durban University of Technology (DUT) at the Hydrogen South Africa (HySA) Infrastructure to promote collaboration in hydrogen research. This initiative follows a memorandum signed in August 2024, which includes R2 million in funding and plans to acquire a proton exchange membrane electrolyser to support research and skills development in green hydrogen technologies. The tour also highlighted training opportunities for DUT students and potential joint research funding.
