Santa Fe provincial authorities are set to modernize their public security infrastructure with a U$S 32.1 million AI-enhanced video surveillance system, which will integrate 600 existing cameras with 2,000 new ones. The project, expected to be completed in eight months, will feature a network of 1,850 fixed cameras and 150 domes, along with upgrades to the Data Center and the implementation of real-time alert systems and forensic analysis capabilities. Specialized police units will oversee the operation, mirroring a similar model used in Rosario.
