The Sioux Falls City Council has granted preliminary approval for a rezone request from Gemini Capital to construct a large-scale data center in eastern Sioux Falls. The facility will feature warehouse-like structures designed to accommodate high-capacity computing server farms. The site is located along Rice Street between Veterans Parkway and Six Mile Road.
