Solaris Energy Infrastructure has signed a long-term deal to supply over 500MW of power to Hatchbo, an AI-focused data center. The rental term starts January 1, 2027, for ten years, with a five-year extension option.

Solaris will provide generation equipment and plans to negotiate a Power Purchase Agreement. The customer's parent company guarantees 50% of the rental fees. Further financial details will be disclosed in the next annual report.
