Spain has initiated the RENOVAL 2 funding plan, allocating €355 million to bolster the manufacturing of green energy equipment. The plan, overseen by the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving, supports various sectors including solar, wind, hydrogen, and energy storage technologies, allowing for the construction of new factories or upgrades to existing facilities. Applications for funding will be accepted from January 22 to February 25.
