Springdale borough plans to begin discussions on a community benefits agreement (CBA) with data center developers, assisted by Friends of the Riverfront. This initiative follows the conditional use approval granted in December, which mandates a CBA.

Funded by a $100,000 grant from the Heinz Family Foundation, the project aims to address local community interests. Public meetings and surveys are expected to start in March 2026, with completion anticipated by early 2027.
