Sudan's Minister of Digital Transformation and Communications, Ahmed Dirdiri Ghandour, announced the launch of 28 digital services under the Baldna project, aimed at enhancing digital transactions across government agencies. The initiative includes the SudaPass digital identity platform and plans for a national data center in Port Sudan, alongside the construction of 60 completed 4G towers and an additional 200 planned for this year. Ghandour also highlighted Sudan's commitment to digital cooperation with regional countries and the approval of the Cybersecurity Act to bolster network security.
