T5 Data Centers has announced the strategic realignment of its Services and Properties into two separate entities to better address the growing demand for data centers driven by AI and cloud applications. T5 Services, under COO Tom Mertz, will concentrate on construction and operations, while T5 Properties, led by CIO Peter Almond, will oversee asset management and development. The company aims to complete this realignment by the end of the first quarter of 2026.
