Templus has announced an agreement to acquire nine data centers from AtlasEdge, located in Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Zurich, Paris, Amsterdam, London, Leeds, and Copenhagen. The transaction, pending regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the first half of 2026.

This acquisition allows Templus to unlock significant synergies in key Spanish markets and initiate its international expansion, managing a portfolio of over 60MW and 750 clients in high-growth colocation markets. AtlasEdge aims to focus on larger sites with long-term growth potential, expanding its presence in Germany, Austria, and Portugal, including a 42MW site in Vienna and a 30MW campus in Lisbon with an investment of over €500 million. AtlasEdge will retain operational responsibility for the facilities until the transaction is completed.
