Thylander Data Centers Secures Danish Investors for Data Center Expansion

DATA AND AI INFRASTRUCTURE

Thylander Data Centers (TYDC) has onboarded several Danish investors, including Systematic Holding ApS, Sagitta Ventures ApS, Weco A/S, and E. Bank Lauridsen Holding A/S. CEO Bjarke Mikkelsen describes the partnership as a milestone that strengthens the platform's capabilities.

TYDC is currently constructing its first data center in Esbjerg, expected to launch in 2026, with a capacity of up to 200 megawatts. The total investment could exceed 10 billion DKK, as the company aims to create a fully Danish-owned data center platform to meet rising demand for secure digital infrastructure.
