Tract has acquired 343 acres in Morris, Illinois, to establish the Morris Technology Park, a data center campus with a planned capacity of 1GW and 2.9 million square feet of space. The project, expected to begin initial power operations by mid-2028 and reach full capacity by 2032, will create over 1,000 construction jobs and 350 permanent positions, bolstering the local economy.
