Tritax Proposes Data Center Campus Project Blackwater in Chelmsford, UK

DATA AND AI INFRASTRUCTURE

Tritax Chelmsford PropCo Limited has submitted a proposal to develop a data center campus named Project Blackwater in Chelmsford, UK. The project will include two hyperscale facilities covering 86,860 sqm, with each building providing 44MW of power across 29,110 sqm of data center space.
