An electrical incident at Galaxy's Helios Data Center in Afton, Texas on February 5 resulted in two injuries among subcontractor employees. Both were transported for medical evaluation, with one in stable condition and the other released by February 8. Galaxy is working with Clayco and other contractors to investigate the incident while operations were temporarily paused.
