The Universal Health Insurance Authority (UHIA) in Egypt approved new governance and financial measures during its 100th board meeting, including the adoption of an Anti-Abuse, Anti-Fraud, and Anti-Manipulation Policy. The board also reviewed and approved its Internal Audit and Governance Plans for 2025 and 2026, renewed a cooperation protocol with Egypt Post, and endorsed a new agreement with the WHO Egypt Office. Additionally, a contract with Vodafone for data center hosting was renewed, with the next board meeting scheduled for February 16, 2026.
