Vaisala has launched Origo, a modular measurement platform aimed at reducing energy waste in data center cooling, which currently costs around $805 million annually due to minor temperature deviations. With a precision of ±0.1 °C and ±1% relative humidity, Origo helps optimize cooling efficiency in air-cooled data centers, where savings could total approximately $8 billion over ten years.
