VCI Global Limited has agreed to a management buyout of its fintech subsidiary, Credilab, valued at approximately US$43.74 million. The transaction, representing 1.1× net tangible assets, will be settled through cash and shares.

VCI Global will retain a 30% equity interest in Credilab, allowing participation in future value creation. This move is part of VCI Global's strategy to transition into an AI-Native capital platform focused on scalable businesses.
