Vietnam's Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has tasked major enterprises with leading key industries to enhance private-sector development under Resolution 68. During a recent meeting, he emphasized the need for competitive data policies, stable electricity pricing for data centers, and proposed the formation of a Vietnam Artificial Intelligence Association to bolster AI capabilities. Chinh also called for improved economic and tech diplomacy to support outbound growth and assigned clear missions to enterprises for effective implementation of the resolution.
