The Warrenton Board of Aldermen unanimously approved a conditional use permit for a data center development near Interstate 70, featuring two 800,000-square-foot buildings and supporting infrastructure. The project, led by Crusoe Energy Systems, is expected to generate $80 million annually in property taxes and create approximately 2,000 construction jobs and at least 100 permanent positions.
