Winston City Council to Discuss Highway 42 Sewer Project Grant and Leachate Extension Agreement

The Winston City Council will convene on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. to discuss a $946,700 grant agreement for the Highway 42 Sewer Project, funded by the State of Oregon. Additionally, councilors will vote on the Leachate Extension Number 6 agreement with Douglas County, which includes charges for leachate and shared ammonia testing costs.
