Zeon Corporation and Visolis Inc. have signed a binding term sheet to advance their collaboration in bio-based isoprene and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), aiming for a final investment decision (FID) for a production facility. This follows a memorandum of understanding in March 2024 and a feasibility study announced in April 2025. The agreement outlines the business structure, technology policies, engineering, site assessments, supplier engagement, regulatory approvals, and financing for the project.
